The Tecumseh Business Improvement Association (BIA) welcomes you to the town of Tecumseh. We’re glad you have chosen Tecumseh as a place to visit.
The BIA is an organization of professional business people who oversee the beautification, promotion, and growth of the Town of Tecumseh business community. We aim to endorse Tecumseh as a great place to work, shop, dine, and play.
Landscaped brick sidewalks, lampposts, banners, Christmas decorations, park benches, and hanging flower baskets are just a few of the upgrades the Tecumseh Business Improvement Association has made in recent years to help beautify this healthy vibrant community. The BIA strengthens its membership every year by hosting year-round dinner meetings and an annual Christmas party. While these festivities are fun, they also provide a great opportunity for business people to network with each other as well as remind the public what a great place Tecumseh is to do business.
Each year the BIA coordinates a number of special events for families and friends as a way to promote the business areas and to thank people for their support These annual activities include the Renaissance Festival, Sidewalk Sales, A Gallery without Walls, Tecumseh Dollar prizes, Sparkling Christmas Contest, Radio and TV promotions, all of which attract a good number of people into town.
